I read a very interesting article on how to "hack" your brain to focus better, and it was really interesting. The sum of the steps was basically to breath and think about the things that you are getting distracted by so that you are aware of it being a distraction and basically better organizing your daily goals so that they are your priority instead of the random alerts you get on your phone, coming from social media or some other insignificant thing.
